Weill Cornell Medicine – Anesthesiology Diversity Visiting Student Sub-Internship Program

The Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Anesthesiology’s Diversity Visiting Student Sub-Internship Program is a funded program for fourth year medical students interested in anesthesiology. The program gives students who are traditionally underrepresented in anesthesiology the opportunity to rotate at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

The sub-internship will take place for four weeks during September 2021. The program is open to applicants who belong to groups that are recognized as historically underrepresented in the health profession including: African American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Hispanic American and Pacific Islander. The rotation is four weeks in duration and is available to students who can meet the requirements of Weill Cornell Medical College.
