Personal stories are a powerful way to building understanding, connection and motivation to become agents of change! The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is proud to invite you to hear the stories of two scientists here at Washington University School of Medicine, Jessica Silvia-Fisher, PhD and Tracey Hermanstyne, PhD. These brilliant women will discuss their current work/research and share experiences on their career path to biomedical research. Importantly, each will specifically talk about the value of having attended a Minority Serving Institution and a Historically Black College and University and how it continues to shape their work and professional identity today.

Lunch will be provided to in-person attendees who register by Monday, April 17th. This is a hybrid event: Attend in person and register below to receive an email reminder before the event. Unable to join us on campus? Zoom link will be provided in the registration below and in the confirmation email!
