 pport the case for diversity and inclusion in the workplace through educati
 on\, training research and publications. Dr. Cole served as president of th
 e Bennett College for Women from 2002-2007 and she was president of Spelman
  College in Atlanta from 1987-1997.</p><p>A distinguished and respected int
 ellectual\, Dr. Cole speaks at conferences and universities throughout the 
 country. Her powerful messages prove that barriers are meant to be broken\,
